Battle Scars
The Battle Scars section (forums, et. al.) are still running just fine. It even survived an OS upgrade on the server with one minor hiccup (mea culpa, not the software's). Kinslayer is slowly (very slowly) compiling new stuff for the rest of the Books of the Apocalypse series. War--The Red Horse and Conquest--The White Horse are being written concurrently. Yes, it means that it's taking longer to write than one book alone would be--which is why the long gap--but ends the debate over whether to make the guidelines for domains in full first & shorten them for War, or make them short first & flesh them out fully for Conquest. Instead, we're doing both. At the same time. The two books are going to mesh nicely, even though the writing styles are night-and-day different.

Battle Scars
It's been a while since I used this update page. Everything has changed. OK, not everything: the old pages are still up, if not improved. It's a new URL, a new server, and a new content management system. Let's hope this works...

Character Generation
I added stacking & dice notation sections to the Character Generation page. I'm still working on a complete re-write of the rest of the character generation section, to make things better, easier, simpler, and faster.

Forums
The forums have been restructured, to fully separate the general interest stuff for everyone from the Lost Souls & Midian sections. We also went through & cleared out the users on the forums that met all of the following criteria: 1) had not posted, 2) had been sitting dormant for quite some time, and 3) had a website link that looked like an ad --usually variants on the same 3 sites. We suspected that these were automated entries created from a spider-type program, rather than real people. If you were in fact a real person... who never posted... signed up over a year ago... and whose personal webpage happened to be on the same webspace as a forum spammer... then we apologise & will restore your login.
